Consultant II, Financial Systems

Responsibilities Include

Design, Develop, configure, and test simple to complex Workday Integrations (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad)
Design, Develop, configure, and test simple to complex Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite, BIRT) utilizing Workday Report Writer and Report Designer
Provide support for incident management and integration monitoring (all levels of complexity)
Deliver meaningful metrics, trends, and analytical insights using Workday reports, dashboards, discovery boards, scorecards, web services, and worksheets.
Seeks help only on complex issues and provides support to junior team members
Identify the gaps in the business process and propose changes that improve efficiency in the business process
Works with external and internal vendors in creating/maintaining 3rd party integrations (ex: banks)
Support RPA Bot automations developed in Automation Anywhere
Understand and follow Data Governance and ensure attention to data quality
Understand and follow defined integration/development standards and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree in relevant technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering or related technical discipline) or equivalent combination of training and work experience
8 to 12 years experience working in Finance ERP (including Workday Financials)
Experience in Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad)
Experience in Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards)
Experience with XML and Java
Experience in basic database architecture, tables, functional interactions, and recognize and understand impacts to downstream systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership
Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities
Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow up and resolution
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
