Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Incorporate and manage routine corporate secretarial compliances
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Foreign Exchange regulations, Listing Rules, and other statutory requirements
  • Handle Liaising/ representation matters with statutory authorities
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in corporate secretarial matters
  • Working knowledge of Companies Act, Foreign Exchange regulations, and Listing Rules
  • Experience with regulatory authorities such as Registrar of Companies, RBI, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
