Consultant- Greenfield/ Brownfield

1. Feasibility Studies & Technical Assessments

• Lead and support end-to-end feasibility analysis for new industrial, manufacturing, and greenfield projects.
• Evaluate technical parameters such as land suitability, topography, utilities availability (power, water, gas), environmental considerations, and industrial infrastructure.
• Prepare detailed feasibility reports, highlighting risks, opportunities, regulatory requirements, and project viability scenarios.

2. Data Management, Analytics & MIS Development

• Collect, consolidate, and structure large volumes of project data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Build and maintain advanced trackers, dashboards, MIS reports, and analytical models to support strategic decision-making.
• Present insights, trends, and projections through visually engaging charts, reports, and presentations.

3. Stakeholder Coordination & Project Communication

• Facilitate structured communication, meeting scheduling, documentation flow, and closure of action items.
• Track progress of project activities and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of tasks and submissions.
• Support escalation management by identifying bottlenecks and proposing practical solutions.

4. Documentation, Technical Writing & Backend Support

• Prepare high-quality project documents, including proposals, concept notes, technical specifications, RFPs, evaluation sheets, and presentations for leadership and clients.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation repositories including design drawings, permits, approvals, contracts, and project logs.
• Assist project managers and leadership with back end analysis, data compilation, and strategic inputs.

5. Project Monitoring, Risk Tracking & Compliance Support

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, cost status, and resource utilization against approved schedules and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, statutory guidelines, and internal project governance frameworks.

6. Cross-Functional Support for Engineering & Execution Teams

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and execution teams to align requirements, technical details, and project deliverables.
• Assist in vendor/contractor evaluations by comparing scope, specifications, pricing, and past performance.
• Contribute to project reviews, management dashboards, and decision support documents for senior leadership.
