Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess current finance and IT processes
  • Design and implement process improvements and digital solutions
  • Support system implementations, integrations, and upgrades
  • Conduct data analysis, reporting, and performance assessments
  • Prepare presentations, documentation, and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Support change management and training initiatives for end-users

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in finance transformation, IT consulting, or related projects
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
