Qualifications

• MBBS with a postgraduate qualification in Emergency Medicine (MD/DNB/MRCEM)
• Valid Medical Council registration
• BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certification preferred
  

Experience

• 2–5 years (Freshers with MEM or MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine can apply)
• Experience in handling emergency/trauma cases in a hospital setup is preferred
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical attention to critically ill or injured patients
• Triage and stabilize patients as per emergency protocols
• Collaborate with specialty departments for referral and management
• Manage medico-legal cases as per hospital and legal guidelines
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors, interns, and paramedics
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in EMR/HIS systems
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical audit programs
  

Skills Required

• Sound clinical judgment and emergency decision-making
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations efficiently
• Familiarity with emergency equipment and procedures
