Consultant Emergency Physician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Emergency Physician who will be responsible provides high-level medical care for patients presenting with a variety of urgent, emergent, or life-threatening conditions. This role requires advanced clinical skills, leadership, and the ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure environments. As a senior member of the emergency department (ED), the Consultant Emergency Physician will oversee patient management, lead a team of junior medical staff, and ensure the delivery of excellent emergency care. The position also involves collaboration with other medical professionals, administrative responsibilities, and the continuous development of clinical standards and practices within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing patients who enter the emergency room immediately and overseeing emergency recovery.
• Conducting follow-up visits to monitor the patient's condition.
• Requesting the appropriate medical tests and based on them, following a treatment plan.
• Developing effective patient care plans.
• Referring patients to appropriate specialists.
• Ensuring that patients are stable before transferring them to the proper department for further evaluation.
• Providing instructions for discharge and any relevant paperwork.
• Maintaining patients' medical records.
• Coordinating with different ER departments to ensure patients receive the necessary treatment.

Preferred candidate profile:

• MEM or MD Emergency Medicine.

Experience:

• Experience 1 to 10 Years Experiences

Compensation:

• ₹100000 - ₹300000 per month
