Aspect Ratio is rapidlyexpanding in the space of Competitive Intelligence and were looking forexperienced candidates to be part of our team. The position requires candidatesto be comfortable working across a broad range of therapeutic/healthcare areas.
NOTE: This is a work from office role. We do not offer remote opportunities

Qualification : BPharm/MPharm + MBA frompremier B-School. Knowledge about healthcare markets will be good to have.
Experience : Minimum 5 years ofexperience in managing research and consulting projects, preferably in thecompetitive intelligence domain.
Areas of delivery for theteam include:
  • Constantly monitoring secondary data and newssources and creating reports as applicable
  • Performing in-depth secondary research on specifictopics as needed by the client
  • Creating impactful presentations for the client touse in meetings
  • Examples of projects include creating industrynewsletters and company profiles, competitive bench-marking, marketintelligence, detailed industry analysis, market entry/assessment/sizingstudies, conference coverage, opportunity assessments, market landscapecreation, pipeline analysis and clinical trial analysis

    Requirements
    Responsibilities of theindividual include :
    • Leading a team of 3-7 analysts in the competitiveintelligence space
    • Project planning and resource allocation
    • Regular/daily quality check of internal output
    • Team training and development of analysts
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Drive solutioning and methodology for a variety ofengagements
    • Ensure that you drive high-quality standards andon-time delivery.
    • Facilitate initiation of new projects within theengagement
      Skills required:
      • Clear and concise communication - Verbal andWritten including ability to convert detailed information into short executivesummaries while retaining all relevant data
      • Good client presence - interact and buildrelationships with clients and other team members
      • Exceptional ability to take in new information andconnect with the clients business
      • Extensive knowledge of data and new sourcesespecially within the pharma domain.
      • Project management including preparing projectstatus updates as required
      • Expertise in MS-PowerPoint and other presentationtools
      • Proficiency with MS-Excel would be a plus
