Develop new skills on various new data analytics platforms, and

align the reports accordingly for maximum efficiency and

standardization

Creation and maintenance of SOPs for all major activities

Maintain 100% Quality standards & ensure completeness and

accuracy in financial reporting

Provide real time coverage to the US geography stakeholders (3

PM IST onwards)

Project management

Team management, handling goal setting, manage performance

appraisals

Conduct training sessions on new skills & projects undertaken.
