Job Description

Role Overview: As an Instructional Design Specialist in the Talent & Organization (T&O) practice of the S&C Global Network at Accenture, you will be working with clients from various industries to enhance learning design and development, manage organizational change, and facilitate HR transformation. Your role involves creating innovative learning strategies and solutions to shape the future workforce. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with client teams to understand business problems, propose solution approaches, and guide design, development, and delivery phases. - Conduct Training Needs Analysis to design the training curriculum. - Develop detailed content outlines aligned with the curriculum. - Create design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the learning solution. - Work with internal and client stakeholders to design effective training materials. - Review training deliverables to ensure quality meets project parameters and industry standards. - Identify and communicate risks, proposing solutions to Project Leads/Functional Managers. - Coach instructional designers and content developers, providing feedback to enhance their skills. - Integrate new and innovative learning strategies into the solution. - Utilize expertise in instructional design, research, content analysis, and knowledge of learning industry trends. - Proficient in industry standard design and authoring tools like Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, and WalkMe. - Collaborate in a problem-solving global environment with cross-cultural competence. - Demonstrate strong interpersonal and writing skills with a solid business acumen. Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Post-graduation in specialization like Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations. - Minimum 6 years of experience in content development and instructional designing. - Extensive experience in creating and delivering various training modalities such as Instructor-Led Trainings, Web-Based Trainings, simulations, job aids, and guides. - Proven track record of leading and coaching small teams independently.
