About the Role: As Plum transitions from a startup to a scale-up phase, we are seeking dynamic individuals to contribute to our growth. We are in search of exceptional account managers who excel in customer satisfaction, take ownership of customer delight, and are driven to exceed targets. This role requires individuals who are eager to run their own mini business within the organization. Responsibilities: - Manage a diverse set of accounts comprehensively, taking full responsibility for all outcomes including escalations, relationship management, retention, and revenue. - Develop a deep understanding of the product and collaborate with various teams to streamline internal processes effectively. - Progress to cross-selling and generating customer referrals to expand your portfolio. Role Requirements: - 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales and customer-facing roles. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high numerical proficiency. - Strong customer empathy and a sense of extreme ownership. - Proficient problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to address customer issues. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges. - Adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and established processes.,
