Job Description

Role Overview: As a Consultant-1 specializing in Marketing Services at Advisors & Consulting Services, you will play a crucial role in leading the strategy development and implementation of campaigns and engagements for clients. Your primary focus will be on utilizing customer data to provide expert direct marketing across various channels, evaluating campaign performance, and adapting strategies to optimize marketing outcomes. You will collaborate with the Mastercard team to understand client needs, contribute to the development of marketing strategies, and work towards enhancing marketing performance. Key Responsibilities: - Provide creative input and support deliverables on various projects across industries - Assist in developing marketing strategies and activities for regional and global clients - Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and risks - Develop strong working relationships with client analysts/managers and act as a trusted partner - Work with senior consultants to identify key findings, prepare presentations, and deliver recommendations - Independently identify issues, analyze data, and present relevant findings - Lead internal and client meetings, contributing to project management - Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and receive mentorship for professional growth Qualifications Required: Basic qualifications: - Undergraduate degree with experience in marketing content, digital or social media campaigns, direct response marketing, etc. - Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Strong teamwork, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Effective communication skills in English and local office language - Eligibility to work in the country of application and travel as necessary Preferred Qualifications: - Additional experience in marketing from an agency environment, SEO/SEM, video production, etc. - Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI - Experience in collaborative team environments with third parties - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Industry expertise in product, sales, or marketing technology (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description),
