Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Supervisor based in Noida. The Construction Supervisor will oversee and manage daily site operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, monitor construction progress, and conduct site inspections. Responsibilities also include coordinating with teams to resolve issues, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining quality standards throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience to effectively manage operations and teams on-site
Strong Communication skills for coordination with various stakeholders and clear reporting
Proficiency in conducting Inspections and ensuring compliance with project specifications
Thorough understanding of Construction Safety standards and practices to ensure a safe work environment
Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently under deadlines
Prior experience in infrastructure or construction projects is advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
