Job Title: Project Manager – Civil (Building Construction)

Location: Bhubaneswar/ Jharsuguda, Odisha

Reporting to: Senior Project Manager / General Manager
Experience Required: 10–15 years (building construction preferred)
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month (based on experience & qualifications)

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced and proactive Project Manager – Civil (Building Construction) to manage building construction projects in Bhubaneswar. The role involves planning, execution, supervision, and timely delivery of civil construction works, particularly in residential, commercial, or institutional building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all stages of building construction projects—from planning to handover, Railway Project, Road project.
• Ensure project execution as per drawings, specifications, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Oversee site activities, including structural, finishing, and MEP works.
• Monitor and control costs, procurement, and labor management.
• Conduct site meetings and prepare project status reports for management.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
• Resolve technical and execution-related issues efficiently on-site.
• Manage documentation, approvals, inspections, and project handovers.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Experience in managing high-rise or large-scale building projects is preferred.
• Sound understanding of safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech – Civil)
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus
• 10–15 years of hands-on experience in building construction projects
