Job Opening: Construction Project Manager – PMC Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview Neovantage Innovation Parks is seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the execution of the Bhopal Science Park project. This role is ideal for professionals with significant experience in managing industrial construction projects, particularly in PEB structures, industrial flooring, and clean room facilities, within a Project Management Consultant (PMC) capacity. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of the construction project from planning to handover. Supervise on-site activities to ensure schedule, budget, and quality standards compliance. Oversee the construction of PEB structures, clean rooms, and industrial-grade flooring. Enforce quality control measures and conduct regular inspections. Ensure proper documentation control, including drawings, submittals, reports, and approvals. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Handle client communications and resolve escalations professionally. Conduct quantity surveys, cost estimations, and resource planning. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial construction, including manufacturing plants. Strong expertise in PEB structures, industrial flooring, and clean room construction. Proficiency in project tracking tools and documentation. Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. Excellent attention to quality control and problem-solving. Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills. PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials is an advantage.
