Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager, located in Tumkur. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, budgeting, and coordination of various construction projects from start to finish. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and overseeing the work of contractors and subcontractors. The role also involves ensuring projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Project Coordination and Construction Project Management skills
  • Experience in Budgeting and Project Management
  • Knowledge of Construction Management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Prior experience in managing on-site construction projects
