Position Overview

SVCS is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to provide end-to-end project management services to our clients. The ideal candidate will be experienced in construction management, cost estimation, and vendor coordination, and must be capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 

  Bills of Quantities

   using takeoffs from plans and field measurements.
• Develop 

  Scopes of Work

  , 

  Requests for Quotes (RFQs)

  , and 

  Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

  .
• Source and maintain a database of 

  vendors and contractors

  .
• Obtain and review 

  vendor/contractor quotes and proposals

  .
• Create 

  levelized cost comparisons

   to assist in contractor selection.
• Draft 

  contracts

   and ensure all contractor 

  insurance documentation

   is in place.
• Develop and manage 

  project schedules

  .
• Oversee 

  on-site teams

   to ensure timely and quality execution of projects.
• Prepare and track 

  punch lists

   for project completion.
• Provide regular 

  project updates

   to clients via phone, text, and email.

Compensation and Benefits:

Requirements:

• Master's degree in engineering or finance
• Minimum 

  reliable power and internet sources

   (two backups required)
• Experience using 

  Planswift

   or equivalent software (license and training must be owned by the candidate)
• Must use 

  Time Doctor

   or similar time-tracking/screen-recording software (only active hours are billable)
• Prior experience in construction project management, takeoffs, and cost estimation
