About the role:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a leader who can coordinate with multiple teams, manage project timelines, ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations, and deliver projects within the specified budget. Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management:

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones.

Oversee all phases of construction, from initial planning to project handover.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

2. Team Coordination:

Lead and supervise the project team, including site managers, engineers, and contractors.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among all project participants.

Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the construction process.

3. Quality and Safety Assurance:

Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant safety standards and building codes.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.

Implement corrective actions as necessary to address any issues or deviations from plans.

4. Client and Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.

Manage client expectations and ensure their needs are met.

Prepare and present project reports to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., residential, commercial, infrastructure].

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month

total work: 2-3 years (Preferred)
