Key Responsibilities

1. Construction Management

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise E&I construction and installation works at the offshore site.
• Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, IFC documents, and identify constructability issues.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to construction schedules.

2. Technical & Quality Control

• Ensure installation of electrical systems, instrumentation, control systems, fire & gas systems, and communication systems as per project standards.
• Conduct inspections, testing, loop checks, continuity checks, and pre-commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, API, NEC, and other applicable offshore E&I codes.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Enforce all HSE policies, PTW requirements, and offshore safety procedures.
• Lead toolbox talks, risk assessments, and ensure safe work execution.
• Ensure hazardous area installation compliance (Ex equipment, cabling, glands, junction boxes).

4. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineering, QA/QC, Procurement, and Commissioning teams.
• Coordinate with marine operations, construction barge teams, and offshore OIM.
• Participate in progress meetings, report site status, and manage interface issues.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain progress reports, site logs, red-line markups, and as-built documentation.
• Review and approve ITPs, method statements, and contractor work packs.
• Verify material deliveries, MTOs, and ensure timely availability of site resources.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
