Hi , We are hiring for the role of Construction Manager so I am sharing the JD or the role of Construction Manager for the FMCG MNC, based Baddi (HP) location . Need immediate joiner Basic requirement: Academic qualification: BE- Mechanical (Post graduate preferred) Project Experience: 10 +Years in industrial /FMCG projects We required a Mechanical Engineer/ Construction Manager to support Mechanical and civil construction activity management, also to complete support for new project feasibility. Please be sure the person should have experience of Civil and Mechanical Construction management (Can be able to create CPS,BOQ , Construction plan etc. And able to share the construction related requirements with vendors and end users) . a) Construction management for site activities & overall co-ordination with P&G teams, contractors & stakeholders. b) Tracking and control of activities like Budgeting, Estimation, Scheduling, Execution, Quality control, Documentation c) Manage daily, weekly and monthly meetings and share required reports & presentation d) Monitoring activities across the disciplines : Civil and MEP e) Experience of HVAC, Chiller, Chemical dosing, cooling tower, Piping, Fire sprinkler and system, Compressor and Air line installation and commissioning is preferred f) Provide Design inputs and review design drawings. Check & report clashes if any g) Quantity surveying and Vendor Running Bill verification h) Good knowledge of site construction safety i) Provide value addition in term of time, cost and quality by providing constructability improvements J) Experience of large industrial building design, construction and start up. Experience in design coordination PEB, Installation of PEB and site fabricated structure buildings. Experience GMP area design and construction is preferred Good understanding of building codes applicable in India. Good experience in value engineering to drive cost down
