Prolific Housing is a Property Development and Construction Company based in Coimbatore, India. The company is promoted and operated by Mr. B.Singaravelu, an engineer with over 35 years of Indian and International experience in construction and property development.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Engineer. The Construction Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of construction projects including project management, budgeting and resource coordination. This position is Coimbatore based.

Qualifications

• Should be a smart Civil Engineering Graduate with minimum 10 to 15 years site experience.
• Should possess good communication and multitasking skills.
• The responsibilities include interaction with the Architects/Consultants and site team for the day to day operations
• Planning & Scheduling.
• To be familiar with all disciplines of project construction works and should possess the drawing coordination skills.
• Experience in interior and MEP works preferred.
• Experience in working with the Construction Companies only will be considered
• Bachelor's degree full time course in Civil Engineering from reputed Universities
