Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Have to handle operation parameters in a route with supporting engineers
Have to handle Technicians in the route
Manage sales team with JSV & taking over the jobs from them after sales
Handling operation route with 100 Field backlog & 200+ production backlog jobs
Handling customer meeting / complaints & management
Managing the route operation parameters of technician & engineers down the line
Motivating the team to achieve goals & supporting them to reach the same
Site visits & ensuring safety & operation SOP's is field
Mail communication to internal team & customer & handling projects
Have a strong back up of sourcing new subcontractor to their jobs & retaining the existing subcontractor by handling them & understand their issues & supports required
