We provide virtual business process services to various types of overseas clients and this position is to be part of the team which provides comprehensive shell and core services to USA clients. This includes Concrete, Masonry, Framing, and Roofing projects, delivered with unmatched expertise and precision.

Position Overview

A construction estimator is responsible for calculating the costs of a construction projects in USA, including labor, materials, and other expenses, to ensure the project stays within budget. They collaborate with architects, engineers, and vendors to develop an accurate budget for the client. Additionally, they provide financial analysis and insights to support project planning and decision-making throughout the construction process.

3. The candidate will also act as a

   pre-construction liaison

4. Pre-construction in the U.S means all the activities prior to the start of the project, so that included field testing, the engineering and design stage, the survey, follow up with the city or county for updates on the building permits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture, master’s degree preferred.
• 6-8 Years Project management and On-site experience in the construction site strongly preferred.
• Ability to interact successfully with owners, developers, and contractors through the various phases of planning, budgeting, and construction.
• Adept at identifying areas of risk and exposure when analyzing a project status. Superior organizational skills.
• Proficient with computer hardware and software including MS Office and MS Project. Strong Microsoft Excel skills required and must have the ability to summarize and present data efficiently.
• They must have knowledge of reading blueprints (meaning drawings & layouts)
• Must be able to do material take-offs
• Must have knowledge in estimating concrete, Block, framing, trusses, drywall, tile…etc
