As a Business Development Manager (Construct Field Sales) at Evergreen Enterprises in Guwahati, you will play a crucial role in leading business development initiatives in the geotechnical sector. With 8-10 years of experience and preferably holding a degree in B.E Civil/B.Tech Civil/MBA (Civil related), your responsibilities will include: - Possessing excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients. - Understanding client requirements and delivering tailored, client-centric solutions. - Efficiently planning and coordinating tasks to ensure seamless execution. - Creating and implementing business growth and market penetration strategies. - Proactively collaborating with consultants, engineers, and clients to initiate projects at the early stages. - Preparing and presenting detailed industry, market, and competitor analyses on a quarterly basis. - Focusing on enhancing brand visibility, building goodwill, and ensuring long-term sustainability. - Taking ownership of business performance tracking and project coordination. - Working with managers, regional officers, and engineers to meet and exceed sales targets. - Building strategic relationships with key decision-makers, business partners, and influencers. - Developing compelling presentations for clients and consultants to secure significant orders.
