Job Description

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
X+ years of experience
in configuration management, systems administration, or related technical fields. Typically, 5-7 years of relevant experience is expected for a senior-level role.
Proven experience managing complex system configurations in large-scale environments (e.g., enterprise-level systems, cloud infrastructures).
Experience in working with multiple configuration management tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Certifications
in relevant fields such as:

ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)

AWS Certified Solutions Architect

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)

CompTIA Linux+ or similar technical certifications.

Advanced knowledge of
networking
,
databases
, and
security protocols
(e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL).
Strong understanding of
Linux/Unix
and
Windows
operating systems, including advanced system administration skills.
