Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage the

    Configuration Management process

    aligned with Safran Group standards.
  • Ensure

    accuracy and completeness of CMDB data

    , including attributes and relationships.
  • Collaborate with teams to support and improve CMDB processes across various ServiceNow modules.
  • Monitor and report

    KPIs, SLAs

    , and compliance metrics related to Configuration Management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve

    CMDB discrepancies

    , ensuring seamless CI lifecycle management.
  • Work on

    ServiceNow Discovery and ITOM modules

    , including MID Server installation and configuration.
  • Participate in

    audits and process documentation

    , including SOPs, best practices, and work instructions.
  • Provide insights for continuous improvements and suggest new operational KPIs.
  • Drive initiatives for

    automation and optimization

    of configuration management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of

    Configuration Management principles

    and CMDB lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with

    ServiceNow ITSM

    and

    ITOM modules

    .
  • Knowledge of

    ServiceNow Discovery

    processes and troubleshooting methods.
  • Good understanding of

    MID server installation

    and communication flow.
  • Familiarity with

    integration tools

    and data import techniques into CMDB.
  • Knowledge of

    Power BI

    reporting and dashboard configurations (added advantage).

Certifications (Preferred):

  • ITIL Certification Preferred
  • ServiceNow Certification CSA / CIS (Preferred)
  • SAP exposure or certification Bonus

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with

    global, cross-functional teams
