Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Conference Producer located in Mumbai. The Conference Producer will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and managing business conferences. Daily tasks include planning event agendas, coordinating speakers and participants, organizing panel discussions, and ensuring that sessions meet the specific learning needs of attendees. Additional responsibilities include managing event logistics, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote events. Qualifications Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to conduct market research and create relevant content Excellent English verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience in event management is a plus Bachelor's degree in related field Show more Show less
