Conference Co-ordinator

Job Summary:

Conference Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and sourcing data on renowned researchers, scholars, business professionals, and students. This role requires strong analytical skills to assess research work, establish connections, and contribute to the organization of conferences. The candidate will serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for various stakeholders and ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Source and compile data of eminent researchers, scholars, business professionals, and students from various platforms, including websites, social networks, events, and publications.

Analyze research work, identify similarities, and establish relationships to support conference planning.

Prepare and forward research analysis reports to the management team for further action.

Establish formal communication with clients via email and phone (if required) to address inquiries and provide necessary information.

Resolve client concerns by researching issues, identifying solutions, and escalating unresolved matters as needed.

Act as the SPOC for Conference Chairs, Scientific Committees, Keynote Speakers, and other invited speakers.

Maintain and manage information/data while ensuring adherence to quality guidelines.

Actively contribute to the design and structure of conference programs.

Travel internationally as required to coordinate on-site conference activities.

Stay updated with industry trends by participating in educational opportunities.

Enhance the organization's reputation by taking ownership of responsibilities and exploring opportunities to add value to operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong email writing and professional correspondence abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and web research techniques.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with clients and stakeholders.

0-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Preferred Qualification: Graduates or postgraduates in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related fields.
