Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Guest Relations Executives in ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures
• Prepare and organize welcome kits, local guides, and in-villa information for guests
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests with warmth and professionalism
• Coordinate reservations, transport, dining, spa services, and local experiences for guests
• Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
• Maintain updated records of guest preferences, requests, and service feedback
• Support guest complaint resolution by escalating to the Guest Relations Executive when necessary
• Ensure timely execution of special requests such as celebrations, surprises, or amenities
• Monitor villa readiness and coordinate with housekeeping, transport, and maintenance teams
