Concierge

As a Concierge Executive, you will play a crucial role in serving as the primary liaison between patients, families, healthcare professionals (HCP) staff, and vendors in Thane. Your responsibilities will include expanding the inventory pool of healthcare providers through various channels, making outbound calls to home care providers, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring patient satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly. You will be responsible for preparing patient consent forms, managing staff profiles, initiating background verification for home care staff, and maintaining up-to-date records of patient needs and preferences. Your role will also involve managing digital records, exploring upsell/cross-sell opportunities with clients, and overseeing the billing process to ensure timely invoicing and processing refunds. To qualify for this role, a Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or home care settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Knowledge of home care services and healthcare resources, as well as proficiency in using computer systems and scheduling software, will be advantageous.
