Join Staymaster's dynamic revenue team as a Concierge Executive, where you'll be the face our guests and the heartbeat of all their special requests. This versatile role is perfect for those who thrive on providing exceptional service and love the excitement of being on the go.Guest Experience & SupportServe as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay. Assist guests with meal requests, restaurant reservations, transportation, activity bookings, and special requests. Offer personalized recommendations for dining, attractions, and local experiences. Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently, providing high-touch service post booking.Coordination & Logistics:Arrange airport transfers, car rentals, guided tours, and other travel-related services. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to address guest needs. Manage special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoon, milestone events and experiences by curating personalized touches.Communication & Problem-Solving:Act as a liaison between guests and service providers to ensure smooth execution of plans. Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and urgency. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, festivals, and exclusive experiences.Guest Communication & Relationship ManagementServe as the main point of contact for all guest inquiries and requests. Utilize WhatsApp, email, and phone or anything tech to provide 24/7 concierge support. Build long-term relationships with repeat guests and VIPs.Upselling & Revenue GenerationIdentify opportunities to upsell villa experiences, premium services, and packages. Promote special experience packages. Track guest spending and provide insights for the revenue team.
