Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Concierge Executive located in Jaipur. The Concierge Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, managing guest requests and inquiries, offering personalized recommendations, and coordinating activities and services to ensure a memorable guest experience. The role involves collaborating with various departments to meet and exceed guest expectations.

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of local attractions, dining, and entertainment options
• Proficient in handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar setting is preferred
• Fluent in English, additional languages are an asset
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is beneficial
