As a Recruiter , you will fuel KGV’s growth-first vision by sourcing and hiring top-tier talent for multiple brands and functions. You’ll collaborate with business leaders to understand unique hiring needs, project manage global recruitment workflows, and uphold KGV’s values in every candidate interaction. Key Responsibilities 1. Full-Cycle Recruitment Lead end-to-end hiring for diverse roles across KGV’s portfolio—including media, hospitality, aviation, creative, tech, and operations. Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, responsibilities, and candidate profiles. 2. Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Management Identify talent via job portals, social media, talent communities, universities, and referrals. Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across locations. 3. Candidate Experience Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth, timely, and appreciative candidate journey that reflects KGV’s values. Provide regular updates to candidates and hiring teams. 4. Recruitment Operations & Reporting Maintain accurate records and applicant tracking. Track key metrics—time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality-of-hire—and share insights to optimize processes. 5. Employer Branding Promote KGV as an employer of choice through digital platforms, campus outreach, and employer-marketing events. Advocate KGV’s culture, emphasizing its entrepreneurial foundations, global reach, and multi-sector impact. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with HR teams, hiring managers, and people leaders across brands. Ensure seamless onboarding collaboration with HR and People Operations. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field. 2–4+ years of recruitment experience—preferably within multi-brand, multi-industry, or global organizations. Strong stakeholder management—capable of working with global, cross-functional hiring teams. Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Cultural agility and sensitivity to regional hiring norms across geographies.

The Travel Desk Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of domestic and international travel for company employees, ensuring cost-effectiveness, adherence to company travel policies, and smooth travel experiences. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in corporate travel bookings. Key Responsibilities 1. Travel Planning & Booking Handle end-to-end travel arrangements for employees including flights, trains, hotels, car rentals, and visas. Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to ensure competitive rates and timely bookings. Plan optimal travel routes considering cost, convenience, and time efficiency. 2. Corporate Travel Management Manage both domestic and international corporate travel requirements. Ensure all bookings comply with company travel policies and budgets. Maintain corporate tie-ups and negotiate preferred rates with vendors. 3. Documentation & Compliance Arrange and process visas, travel insurance, and other travel-related documentation. Maintain accurate travel records, approvals, and expense reports. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal audit requirements. 4. Coordination & Communication Communicate itineraries and confirmations to employees promptly. Serve as a point of contact for travel-related issues, delays, or emergencies. Liaise with finance for travel reimbursements and settlement of invoices. 5. Vendor & Budget Management Build and maintain relationships with travel service providers for best service and rates. Monitor travel expenses and submit monthly/quarterly reports to management. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in corporate travel booking (domestic & international). Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and online booking platforms. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
