Role Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented, resourceful, and client-focused professionals to join our client’s growing team as Luxury Travel & Lifestyle Coordinators. You will be responsible for handling bookings, reservations, and lifestyle requests while ensuring a personalized and professional experience for high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and fulfill client requests, including:
• Fine dining & exclusive restaurant reservations
• Event tickets & VIP hospitality packages
• Luxury travel arrangements (private jets, chauffeurs, hotels, spas)
• Lifestyle services (shopping, wellness, bespoke experiences)
• Build and maintain strong vendor/partner relationships to secure priority access
• Communicate with clients with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Anticipate client needs and provide tailored recommendations
• Manage booking systems, invoices, and internal records
• Ensure flawless execution of arrangements with attention to detail

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, luxury services, travel bookings, or concierge roles preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English essential; additional languages a plus)
• Ability to work remotely with flexible availability
• Must have own laptop and stable internet connection
• A passion for delivering world-class customer service
