Role Description

The Concept Designer will work full-time on-site at The Monarch Enterprises' facility in Bhiwandi. The role involves creating innovative design concepts, developing character designs, producing concept art, and executing storyboards for various projects. Collaborating with the design and production teams is a key part of this position, ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with client requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts, themes, and mood boards based on client briefs.
• Translate brand identity and client requirements into strong visual concepts.
• Prepare concept sketches, style boards, material themes, and presentation decks.
• Create conceptual space layouts ensuring functionality and flow.
• Collaborate with the interior design, production, and sales teams to align concepts with project goals.
• Research current trends in retail design, materials, colors, and finishes.
• Suggest material palettes, lighting directions, and overall design language.
• Refine concepts based on internal and client feedback.
• Maintain a library of design references, materials, and inspiration boards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in concept design, interior design, or visual design.
• Strong creative thinking, sketching, and visualization skills.
• Good knowledge of design trends, materials, and color theory.
• Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software (added advantage).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
