Job Profile: Concept Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Concept Designer to join our team in the premium gifting sector. This role is ideal for a passionate individual who can bring innovative ideas to life, creating exquisite gifts and hampers for various occasions and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, an excellent sense of colour, and the ability to work from concept to completion. This position is based in BRS Nagar, Ludhiana, with an option for freelancing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Concept Development: Create unique and innovative design concepts for premium gifts and hampers from scratch, tailored to clients' needs and event themes.

Material Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of various materials suitable for crafting boxes and hampers, ensuring high-quality and aesthetically pleasing outcomes.

Vendor Management: identify, liaise, and manage relationships with vendors to source materials and services necessary for concept realization. Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Sample Creation:Assemble and present sample boxes/hampers, showcasing the final design concept to stakeholders for approval and feedback.

Color and Design Proficiency:Utilize a keen eye for color combinations and design aesthetics to enhance the visual appeal of products.

Graphic Design: Employ graphic design tools such as Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop to develop design elements and visual presentations.

Moodboard and Inspiration Sharing: Provide moodboards and maintain Pinterest accounts to share design inspirations and previous work with the team and clients.

Collaboration : Work closely with clients, event planners, and internal teams to ensure design concepts align with client expectations and brand standards.

Qualifications:

EducationA degree or diploma from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in concept design, preferably in the premium gifting sector or related fields.

-Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Creative Skills: Strong sense of color theory and design aesthetics with the ability to create visually appealing concepts.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

-Project Management:** Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

- **Work Hours:** 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
