Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and enhance their experience.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the system for future reference and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year to 4 years of experience in a voice process or customer support role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Experience in BPO voice, international calling, and customer care is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computers and familiar with customer service software.
• Flexibility to work in a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Gurugram.
