Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 support for business-critical applications.
  • Monitor application health and perform routine checks.
  • Respond to user queries and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
  • Draft professional emails and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams as per escalation procedures.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.
  • Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved Skills & Qualifications :
  • 01 years of experience in Application Support / IT Support / Customer Support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand basic application workflows and processes.
  • Proficiency in drafting and responding to emails (mail access and writing skills are mandatory).
  • Basic troubleshooting mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Immediate joiners to Have :
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools or ITSM platforms.
  • Basic understanding of databases or application logs.
  • Exposure to ITIL processes
