Rao Associates, a leading property valuation firm with over 30 years of experience, seeks a fast and accurate typist to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in creating professional property valuation reports in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently transcribe site visit data and property details into Excel spreadsheets.
• Format and structure reports using established templates and style guidelines.
• Perform calculations and data analysis within Excel to support valuation assessments.
• Proofread and edit reports for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain organized electronic files and document versions.
• Collaborate with the valuation team to address any questions or clarifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum typing speed of 65 WPM with excellent accuracy.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and formatting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of property valuation terms and procedures (preferred).
