2. Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Training

• Deliver

  engaging and interactive classes

  in computer science and IT concepts.
• Teach topics such as

  MS Office, Internet Basics, Programming (C, C++, Java, Python), Web Development, Database Management, and Computer Networks

  based on the syllabus.
• Prepare students for

  practical exams, assignments, and academic projects

Curriculum & Lesson Planning

• Design

  lesson plans, practical exercises, and assignments

  based on academic standards (CBSE, ICSE, IB, or State Boards).
• Integrate

  real-world applications

  and hands-on projects to enhance learning outcomes.
• Keep course content updated with

  emerging technologies and programming tools

Student Development & Mentoring

• Identify students’

  in computer studies.
• Encourage participation in

  coding competitions, IT fairs, and Olympiads

  .
• Provide

  individual attention

  and conduct remedial classes when needed.

Administrative & Technical Support

• Maintain

  computer labs

  upgrading school IT infrastructure

  and support during online/hybrid learning.

4. Eligibility Criteria

For Freshers

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

  (BCA, B.Sc. IT, B.Tech. in CS/IT).
• Good technical knowledge with a

  passion for teaching

  .

For Experienced Teachers

• Master’s degree (MCA, M.Sc. IT, M.Tech) preferred.
• 1–10+ years of experience teaching

  computer science or IT in schools, coaching institutes, or online platforms

  .
• Experience in

  programming, project management, or advanced IT topics

  is an added advantage.

5. Salary & Benefits

• Freshers:

• Mid-Level:
