Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality computer science instruction with a focus on fundamentals and advanced topics including cybersecurity, programming, networking, and IT infrastructure.
• Develop, update, and implement engaging curriculum and course materials tailored to diverse student levels (school to professional).
• Conduct hands-on lab sessions and practical workshops to ensure experiential learning and industry readiness.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students on career development and technology trends.
• Stay current with industry developments, emerging technologies, and education best practices to continuously enhance training offerings.
• Assist in student assessments, grading, and feedback to measure progress effectively.
• Collaborate with management to design new courses and training modules aligned with market demands.
• Maintain a motivating, supportive, and disciplined learning environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in computer science education, training, or industry roles involving teaching or mentoring.
• Strong expertise in core computer science subjects—programming languages (Python, Java, C++), networking, databases, operating systems, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in curriculum design and hands-on training delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital classrooms platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).
• Passion for teaching, strong motivational skills, and dedication to student success.
• Certifications like CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and DevOps.
• Ability to create and manage virtual lab environments for practical learning.
• Experience with student assessment tools and learning management systems.
• Understanding of educational best practices and pedagogy for diverse learners.
