Computer Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Computer Operator to oversee and manage computer systems, handle data entry, maintain records, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of IT and office systems. The role involves monitoring hardware and software, troubleshooting issues, and supporting staff with basic technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor computer systems, servers, and networks.
• Perform daily data entry, processing, and system updates.
• Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Handle printing, scanning, emailing, and documentation tasks.
• Monitor system performance and report technical issues to the IT team.
• Perform routine backups and ensure data security.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for software/hardware issues.
• Support office staff with technical tasks and IT-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, or similar role.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic IT tools.
• Familiarity with operating systems, databases, and networking is an advantage.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Work Details:

• Working Days: 5/6 Days working
• Timings: insert Shift Timing, e.g., 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
