We are looking for motivated IT Executives to join our Common Service Centre (CSC). The role involves assisting citizens in submitting and processing various online government applications. Primary responsibilities include: Handling online applications for government services (e.g., e-Stamp, PAN Card, Passport, etc.) Assisting customers with form filling and document digitization Uploading and managing digital records as per government guidelines Verifying documents and providing information about required paperwork Printing and scanning documents for submission Operating digital payment systems (if required) Explaining procedures to customers with patience and clarity Ensuring data privacy and secure handling of personal information Keeping records and generating status reports for submitted applications Managing computer systems and basic IT troubleshooting in the centre Coordinating with government department helpdesks for issue resolution Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or higher education in IT or computer applications preferred Basic to good English communication skills Experience with computers and web Ability to operate printers, scanners, and payment devices Customer service skills; patient and approachable manner

We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Executive (Digital Services) for our cyber cafe/common service centre. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in online application and documentation for Aadhaar card, passport, voter ID, e-stamp, gazette notifications, and similar government services. Operate computers, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other office equipment smoothly and troubleshoot basic technical issues. Guide and fill out online forms, upload documents, and process digital payments for various citizen services. Ensure accuracy in documentation and data entry. Customer service and query resolution for digital/government services. Keep up-to-date with changes and updates in government digital service portals. Required Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of computers and the internet. Comfortable with MS Office, PDF, and online form filling. Good communication skills and customer-centric attitude. Ability to handle sensitive documents and customer data securely. Willingness to learn new digital platforms and tools. We also have branches in Bangalore and Delhi, and we are seeking candidates for these locations.
