Location: Goregaon (East), Mumbai
Office Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Computer Operator with strong computer skills and hands-on experience in data entry, Google Sheets, and MS Excel (including all formulas and advanced formulas). The ideal candidate should be disciplined, well-behaved, and capable of managing billing, invoicing, and reporting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry for packing lists, billing, invoicing, goods return, and commercial purchase activities in software.
• Work efficiently on Google Sheets, Excel, and related software applications.
• Use formulas and advanced formulas for data management and calculations.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and other analytical reports as required.
• Maintain proper data accuracy, record-keeping, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and report submission.
• Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of commercial documents.
• Assist in maintaining files and system-based records for audit and reference purposes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate (any stream) with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates from apparel industry will be preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data handling tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-organized, disciplined, and responsible individual.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in billing, invoicing, and purchase/commercial documentation preferred.

Salary:

15000 to 18000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
