Computer Operator

Mahatma Gandhi Group of Colleges is seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Operator to support administrative and academic operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in computer applications, data management, and office software, with a keen eye for detail and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and maintain records of college admissions, academics, and administration.
• Operate MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with speed and accuracy.
• Manage student databases, fee records, and examination details.
• Assist in preparation of reports, circulars, and official communication.
• Maintain and update institutional documentation as required.
• Coordinate with departments for timely data flow and system updates.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to office software or hardware.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of email, internet browsing, and document formatting
• Good typing speed (English & Hindi)
• Familiarity with educational ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications & Experience:
✔ Graduate in any stream (preferred: BCA/B.Sc. Computer Science or equivalent)✔ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Computer Operator in an educational institution or similar environment
