Mahatma Gandhi Paramedical College, a part of Mahatma Gandhi Group of Colleges (MGGC), Sikar , is dedicated to providing high-quality education and practical training in paramedical sciences. Our institution focuses on developing skilled healthcare professionals through hands-on experience and industry-oriented learning . We are currently hiring dedicated and qualified teaching faculty for the following paramedical programs: Open Positions: DMLT Faculty (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) – 1 Position DOTT Faculty (Diploma in Operation Theater Technology) – 1 Position Key Responsibilities: Teaching & Training: Conduct theoretical and practical classes for diploma students. Lab & Clinical Supervision: Guide students in laboratory procedures and OT protocols. Student Mentoring: Assist students in academic projects, case studies, and career guidance. Curriculum Implementation: Develop lesson plans and update study materials. Skill Development: Train students on equipment handling and paramedical procedures. Qualifications & Requirements: ✔ DMLT / DOTT Qualification from a recognized institution. ✔ Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a paramedical college or healthcare institute. ✔ Strong knowledge of paramedical subjects and practical training methodologies. ✔ Good communication, mentoring, and organizational skills. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
