Computer Operator

Job Summary:

The Computer Operator will be responsible for managing daily computer operations, data entry, record keeping, and ensuring smooth functioning of systems and office software. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer applications to support office and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Perform accurate data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
• Prepare reports, letters, and other documents using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Maintain and update company databases and files.
• Ensure timely backup of data and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Assist in preparing invoices, billing, and other office-related tasks.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with IT team for system maintenance.
• Monitor usage of office equipment (printers, scanners, photocopiers, etc.).
• Support administrative and clerical staff in daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Any Stream).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling.
• Typing speed of at least 30–40 wpm with accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Tally/ERP software (if required by company).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
