We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our support team as a **Customer Support Executive**. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a timely and accurate way.
* Identify customer needs and assist in resolving issues.
* Provide product/service information and support.
* Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or senior staff.
* Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
* Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
* Stay up to date with product knowledge, system updates, and service procedures.
* Meet or exceed KPIs like response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

### **Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
* Proven experience in customer service or support role (preferred, not mandatory for entry-level).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
* Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
