Computer Operator cum Office Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Computer Operator to support our sports goods manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily computer-based tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, preparing reports, managing inventory software, and providing support to production and sales departments. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate data entry of production, sales, and inventory records. Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and documentation. Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery challans. Generate reports for management related to stock, sales, and production. Operate ERP/MIS systems (if applicable) for smooth workflow in manufacturing operations. Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for stock updates. Ensure proper filing and backup of digital and paper records. Assist in preparing presentations, letters, and other official documents. Troubleshoot basic IT/software issues and coordinate with the IT team when required. Ensure confidentiality and data security in handling company information. Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferably with Computer/IT background). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred). Typing speed of at least 30–40 wpm with high accuracy. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Knowledge of inventory management software is an added advantage. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Experience:1–3 years of experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, or similar role (manufacturing industry experience preferred). Key Competencies: Attention to detail and accuracy.
