Experience- 3+ years

Roles and Responsibilities of a Computer Lab AssistantLab

Management & Maintenance

• Maintain the computer lab, ensuring systems, peripherals, and software are in working condition.
• Regularly check hardware, troubleshoot minor issues, and escalate technical problems to IT support.
• Ensure proper installation, updating, and licensing of software.

Technical Support

• Assist students and faculty with login issues, printing, scanning, and software usage.
• Ensure internet connectivity and smooth operation of lab systems.

Student & Faculty Assistance

• Help faculty in preparing lab setups for practical classes.
• Monitor student activities to ensure proper and ethical use of lab facilities.

Inventory & Record Keeping

• Maintain records of lab equipment, software, consumables, and accessories.
• Report damaged or missing equipment and assist in procurement processes.
• Keep logs of student attendance and usage of lab facilities.
