Job Description

As a Computer Lab Assistant in Kollam, Kerala, your role will involve utilizing your basic technical skills and familiarity with computer hardware/software to support students and staff in a lab environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems and peripherals - Ensure all lab equipment and software are functioning properly - Support students and faculty during lab sessions - Monitor lab usage and enforce rules and safety guidelines - Maintain inventory and lab cleanliness - Install and update software as needed - Coordinate with IT staff for advanced technical issues Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline The candidate for this position should possess basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems, familiarity with software installation and troubleshooting, good communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
